At IFQM, we offer digital learning programs that are accessible online after purchase. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your order.

1. Cancellation Policy

1. Once a program has been purchased, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.

2. We encourage users to review all course details and requirements before making a purchase.

2. Refund Policy

1. Refunds are only eligible if the program you purchased has not been delivered or access has not been provided within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

2. To request a refund in such cases, please contact us at it@ifqm.org.in with your payment details and proof of non-delivery.

3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Note:
Refunds will not be granted for:

1. Change of mind after access is granted.

2. Failure to complete or attend the program.

3. Dissatisfaction with course content once accessed.
