Detailed walkthrough of the Primary and Secondary Healthcare Transformation of Kolar District, Karnataka enabled by Tata Digital Nerve Centre – an innovative and first of its kind Rural Healthcare Model, implemented in association with the Government of Karnataka. And, the team plans to further replicate this scalable model across the country, especially with the help from the Government ecosystem.
